Matt brings to the team an extraordinary passion, commitment and work ethic to everything he sets his mind to with a particular affinity for helping the vulnerable – always going above & beyond to make sure his clients (young & old) are always taken care of, NOT taken advantage of.
When he’s not working his magic on site, you can normally find him somewhere outdoors, either at the beach fishing or surfing or camping and 4WDing with his family.

Sonia’s experience in and impressive knowledge of the Plumbing Industry along with the experience she gained having previously worked in various local government roles for several years, combine to make her a powerhouse of information and organisation both in and out of the office.
When she’s not buried in her business & project management responsibilities, you can find her alongside her husband (Matt) and 2 kids enjoying the great outdoors with their extended families.

Kaihla’s experience in business management along with her incredible knack for multi-tasking, scheduling and finance is the glue that keeps the team together and the business running like a well-oiled machine.
When she’s not working the never-ending phone calls, job bookings and accounts like a total boss, she’s also running a household and being a mum.
In her downtime, Kaihla enjoys a little retail therapy and spending quality time with her family at the beach.

With his extensive experience in all things plumbing, drainage & gas, Jon brings a wealth of knowledge and professionalism to every project he takes on as part of the MSJ Plumbing team.
A dedicated family man, when he's not spending quality time with his wife & kids you'll find him striding down the golf course with club in hand, setting up camp somewhere or throwing a line in & hoping for a catch.
MEMBERSHIPS, CERTIFICATION & COMPLIANCE
We take being a licensed and experienced Plumber & Gas Fitter seriously (because with great power comes great responsibility) which is why EVERY team member holds the most current (and relevant) certification or licensing as required by the QBCC & Master Plumbers Association.
Our team members also participate in regular recurrency training and professional development so we can be sure we’re at the top of our game when it comes to industry updates or developments in technology.
While individual team members certifications and licenses may vary slightly, most hold a combination of the following:

A safe job site is a good job site, which is why we’re so adamant about ensuring all of our team members receive regular training in workplace health and safety procedures while also following the Workplace Health and Safety guidelines as set out by the Queensland Government, the QBCC and Master Plumbers Association.
